Install or Replace Metal Roofing
My wife and I scheduled an over-the-phone information session with Jeremy and from there, asked that he visit our job to provide a quote. The scope was to install a standing-seem, metal roof on two structures. It should be noted that the decking on one of the buildings was in exceedingly poor shape and covered in three layers of bad asphalt shingling, with assorted holes and rot. The bid was not cheap, but research appeared to confirm that Jeremy’s pricing was in line with industry standards. Based on his knowledge, professionalism, solid communication skills, and the way he consistently followed-up, we went with our gut to hire Jeremy. We decided to proceed, mailed our deposit and from there, the proverbial ball began rolling. We live in Boston and hired Jeremy without ever meeting him in person. As should be expected, Jeremy took care of everything.
He provided updates along the way, worked to ensure that quality was priority #1 and that the job was completed in a timely manner and within budget. There were a few road bumps to overcome but most snafus were due to weather you can’t really blame anyone for that. When the work was finished, we met to do a walk-through and to shake hands. When got there, snow covered much of the site, but everything appeared to be very tidy and well cleaned up. The matte, black metal roof looks beautiful and came complete with a lifetime warranty. I’m confident that if any issues arise down the line, I can call on Jeremy to resolve, but let’s hope there’s no need for phone calls!
I would recommend Jeremy and most definitely plan to use him for any future roofing needs. Professional, reliable tradesmen are worth their weight in gold and Jeremy Williams serves as a great example of such! We’re quite happy.
